Look right to see a list of what qualifies as emergency/non-emergency repairs:
When something needs to be repaired, you must contact maintenance as soon as possible so small problems don’t become big ones. Call maintenance (434)528-1360.
If the problem is not an emergency, and it’s outside of regular business hours leave a message with your name, apartment number and complex.
If it’s an emergency outside of regular business hours the answering service will contact the on call maintenance technician. It is important that you provide the answering service with information indicating what the emergency is.
If a work order is called in during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) then it will typically be addressed within 48 hours.
Non-emergency calls received over the weekend will be handled during the following work week.
No heat in the winter.
Gas leak/smell
